Shanghai Institute of Universal Chemical Technology is the leader of DNSS Workgroup and New Security Network R&D Expert Workgroup. The chairman Mr. Tse is an scientist with a lot of hi-tech invention and advanced theory covers IT, chemistry, biology, laser communication, electronics etc., and won several science & technology invention prize in both China and abroad.
